Convenient location, friendly staff who go above and beyond, clean and beautiful rooms. Great breakfast and communal dining area. Made new friends from around the world. Appreciated the personalized touches upon arrival. a lovely place to stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all major sights. It was away from the crowds but still close to everything. The hotel was next to Academia vaporetto stop, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with high ceilings and high-quality fabrics. The staff provided excellent service, offering assistance with water taxi and ensuring a warm welcome with a bottle of prosecco and grapes. The breakfast was delicious and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

The bathroom was a bit small.

We recently stayed at Friendly Venice Suites - Luxury Suites In and had an amazing experience. The suite we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a fine bathroom just a few steps away. The location was ideal, being in a central area but still quiet. The staff, especially Giacomo, were helpful and attentive to our needs. We also appreciated the free continental breakfast and reliable Wi-Fi. we highly recommend this hotel for its charm, attentive staff, and great value.

The owner was very cute and provided excellent guidance on how to reach the hotel. The room we booked was spacious and beautifully decorated in a classical European style. The beds were comfortable and the overall setting was exotic. the self-serving breakfast offered a variety of choices that we enjoyed.

The only minor inconvenience was the flood water that had come into the foyer, but we were prepared with welly boots and the staff, especially Giacomo, was very helpful in assisting us with our luggage.
